BI is a pét-nat tea made with water from the Izarraitz Massif in the Basque Country and lemongrass from a nature reserve at Amba, in the mountains above the Ravanna waterfalls in Sri Lanka. With a touch of sweetness, it is reminiscent of a lemon and mint sweet.
Contains: Each bottle contains 750ml and is produced in micro batches of 280.
Flavor notes: Floral and expressive with notes of ginger, juniper, kaffir lime, galangal, and white pepper
Pairings: The BI works very well with shellfish, grilled fish, and citrus- or dairy-based desserts.
Store in a cool, dry place. When ready to serve, handle and open carefully to preserve the bubbles. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at 9–11ºC.
