LAU is a pét-nat tea made with water from the Izarraitz Massif in the Basque Country and Milk Oolong Tea from Taiwan. Light golden in color, it has hints of caramel, milky tea and cooked chestnuts.
Contains: Each bottle contains 750ml and is produced in micro batches of 280.
Flavor notes: Milky, Creamy, Smooth
Pairings: The LAU pairs best with soft cheeses and poultry. It can also be enjoyed with dark chocolate or honey.
Store in a cool, dry place. When ready to serve, handle and open carefully to preserve the bubbles. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at 9–11ºC.
