Endless Gesture, Evan Zierk's second release on Atlantic Rhythms, expands on the sonic approaches he developed in his 2017 release, Drifting/Bending, using stochasticism as a means of embodying the serendipitous sound-moments that emerge out of soundscape listening. He uses both real and digitally-mimicked acoustic sound combined with relatively subtle digital signal processing as a means of extending sounds into imperfect digital representations of themselves.
