All in stock items will be processed for delivery within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your purchase. If you need to change your address before your order is delivered, please promptly email [email protected]. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit.

We ship worldwide from Ghent, Belgium.

Except for one-of-a-kind items, we offer free shipping under the following conditions:

Belgium and Netherlands >€150
Luxembourg and Germany      >€200
France, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, Austria, Italy, Poland, Spain, Portugal     >€250
Rest of Europe >€300

Orders that do not reach the free shipping threshold will be subject to additional shipping costs, calculated at checkout.

We pack your order carefully in sturdy cardboard boxes to protect it during transit.  As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.

Note that items for shipment to countries outside of Belgium may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all these fees. We are also not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

local pickup

We are happy to welcome you at Buitenwallepad 4 in Ghent for local pickup. We are open on Friday to Saturday, or any other day of the week by appointment. 

returns

We will only refund or replace items that have a manufacturing defect. If you’re in possession of a defective item, please send us a mail at [email protected] before sending any returns back to us. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for the refund to be complete. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
