BOST is a pét-nat tea made with water from the Izarraitz Massif in the Basque Country and Jasmine Silver Needle Tea from the Fuding prefecture in Fujian province, harvested entirely from the most tender spring buds and shoots and then covered with a layer of jasmine flowers. A fizzy delicious drink with an explosion of scent, full of generous aromas, and intriguing flavors.
Contains: Each bottle contains 750ml and is produced in micro batches of 280.
Flavor notes: Pale sage in color, it has hints of honey, acacia, and white flowers with a crisp yet unctuous mouthfeel.
Pairings: A great accompaniment to a wide variety of products: from grains and artichokes to dairy and poultry. Also pairs very favorably with spicy dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place. When ready to serve, handle and open carefully to preserve the bubbles. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at 9–11ºC.
